The organizational problem
Why this needed to exist
School-improvement plans, professional learning, classroom practice, technology use, and outcome reporting often operate as separate activities. Workshops can be completed without evidence that practice changed, while annual indicators arrive too late to manage implementation. The design challenge was to create one operating language that connects goals, roles, actions, evidence, review, and internal ownership.
