The organizational problem

Why this needed to exist

A PSL portfolio is more than a set of tickets. The operator must reconcile event calendars, seat inventory, acquisition cost, marketplace fees, comparable listings, sale timing, and missed communications across disconnected sources. A price that appears profitable can become unattractive after fees or seat differences are normalized. The design challenge is to convert fragmented signals into explainable decisions without giving an AI-assisted workflow uncontrolled authority over financial transactions or marketplace accounts.
