- My role
- Learning-experience strategist and prototype designer
- Primary audience
- Students, families, counselors, educators, and learning-support organizations
- Current status
- Limited supervised prototype. Enrollment on hold pending reviewed questions, hosted role/privacy isolation and saved-progress tests. This case study uses fictional examples; it is not open public practice or a validated tutoring product.
The organizational problem
Why this needed to exist
Test preparation often delivers the same sequence to every learner, even when time, skill gaps, confidence, and postsecondary plans differ. It can also appear as a universal requirement disconnected from the learner's larger college, career, and technical pathway. The design challenge was to create a transparent learning loop that activates only when relevant, prioritizes high-value skills, adapts from evidence, and keeps the student, family, counselor, and educator in the conversation.
